1. Service description

PreciosPy is a free price comparison service for Paraguay. We collect prices from public websites of Paraguayan stores and supermarkets and present them in consolidated form to make comparison easier.

2. Accuracy of information

Prices are updated daily in an automated fashion, but may differ from the actual in-store price due to:

  • Offers or promotions that expired before our next update
  • Price changes made by the store between updates
  • Variable stock availability
  • Differences between online prices and in-store prices

PreciosPy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the prices shown.

3. No affiliation with stores

PreciosPy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the listed stores. Store names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and reference purposes only.

4. Use of the service

PreciosPy is a free service provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. The following are prohibited:

  • Automated scraping of PreciosPy
  • Reproducing or redistributing data without written authorisation
  • Using the service for commercial data resale purposes
  • Attempting to compromise the security or availability of the site

5. Intellectual property

The source code, design, logo, and editorial content of PreciosPy are the property of PreciosPy. Price data and product images are the property of their respective originating stores.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall PreciosPy be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including financial losses resulting from purchase decisions based on the prices shown.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Asunción, Paraguay.
